Jardin designed and built the new city centre plaza in the heart of Ikot Ekpene consisting of a long tree lined promenade with two outdoor dining areas either side of a central fountain. A bandstand architectural feature creates an outdoor entertainment venue and large viewing screen to publicly project soccer games and films. A children’s play area adds to the leisure provision for all of the town’s younger age groups. Ancillary facilities include a maintenance building, car park, public toilets and an access footbridge.
